AppletWorks™ is a software company established in California, USA in 1999 by Neven Boyanov.

Initially the business was started in November 2000 in Tustin, CA. The objective was to provide services within the field of custom web design and web development for numerous Internet startup companies. The company's main goal is to deliver a product equipped with the latest advanced features that requires a low maintenance cost.

In 2002 due growing needs for closer contacts on East Coast, company's business was moved to Astoria, New York.

In 2004 the company moves its HQ in Veliko Turnovo, Bulgaria.

Behind the success of AppletWorks™ stands a team of young individuals with modern hardware and software equipment and technologies. The company develops its products using advanced object-oriented computer languages such as C++, Java, C# ..., and also program languages for web based applications. Most of the products are licensed under GPL.

Major priority is the development of applications for mobile devices. AppletWorks™ has developed products for Java enabled mobile phones, Symbian smart phones, Microsoft Windows Pocket PC, Blackberry and CDMA devices. Products created from AppletWorks™ for its partners are available on the biggest mobile software markets such as Handango.com.
